Yes, we have followed all safety precautions and have met all of Google Play and Apple stores security requirements. Alos, your clients will be the only members allowed to access your portal.

Is my portal secure?

Yes, only your members will be able to access your portal. Our platform has met and practices all safety and privacy requirements by the Apple and Google Play stores.

There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use Parent Portal month to month, and cancel at anytime. Cancellations must be made in writing to billing@parentportalapp.com 30 days before your next billing due date.

Can I integrate my favorite shopping carts into Parent Portal?

At this time we do not offer this option but we are working on it and will be coming soon!

As with most platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, before canceling you have the opportunity to download any csv files of your contacts and members. You can choose to"hold" your plan for 6 months for a monthly fee of $10 and we will keep everything backed up so you can come back later.

If I cancel my portal account, will I lose my data?

As with most platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, before canceling you have the opportunity to download any csv files of your contacts and members or "pause" your account for 6 months for a $10 monthly fee and we'll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
